Proof is on you to provide evidence. How am I suppose to differentiate between a cool god like Lord Vishnu and your lameass god? If your hickass was born in India, you’d be a Hindu. Just something to think about.

I saw this little girl sing in Nashville just a few months ago during American Idol auditions… She was talented… fun and gracious. What is wrong with the jealous, smut mouthed trashy people responding to her? I doubt my first impression was wrong…. go the distance lauren….. btw, this is brandy’s mom!

No, Jesus meant everything he said. He is the Word & the Truth. The LFO Cheerleaders do dress appropriately. No cleavage showing, no midrift showing, nothing hanging out. The verse you refer to Matt.5:28 would be addressed to the person lusting. The person obsessed or focussed on the “private parts” you spoke of would be considered sinning. Matt. 5:14-16 tells us “Let your light shine before men…” 1 Tim. 2:9&10 might be a better arguement, although they do dress with decency.

God does have a great sense of humor. I use to feel like you. Then was convicted by the Holy Spirit and never felt more free and at peace. Try it. God is good, all the time.

I don’t have a problem with young people being religious, but young girls, wearing close to nothing around their private parts, showing their adoration for Christ definitely has a funny sense of irony. I’m sorry, I thought modesty was a part of being a Christian lady; but perhaps Christ didn’t mean it when he said, “But I say to you whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” MATT. 5:28 KJV. Consider this verse when supporting your claim.

Thanks for such a nice reply and thanks once again for posting these videos.
I will look up the ADF. Yes, we could go back & forth with different tidbits, but in the end there will be a decision that all will need to abide by.
How many banners were at the game on Friday?
It is an interesting sidebar, I think, that due to instantaneous global communication and applications such as YouTube, one wonders if “community standards” must now pass a national threshold?

Check out the ADF (Alliance Defense Fund) and I’m sure we could go back & forth on cases won. I would rather go by the Word of God which is truth than by the opinion of man. LFO has gone global and brought the light to a dark world. C.A.T.S. Christian Americans Taking a Stand, God is good, all the time.

If that’s what you believe in. Absolutely. Freedom of speech and your religious beliefs. Praise God he provided this opportunity. I’ll pray for you

Can I come to the game with a banner that says “Praise Satan!”
Remember, if you tell me no, that’s violating my right to free speech!

from Wiki: In the Board of Education of Kiryas Joel Village School District v. Grumet (1994), the majority of the court joined Justice David Souter’s opinion, which stated that “government should not prefer one religion to another, or religion to irreligion.”
A simple banner with a biblical quote seems rather innocuous to most, a reinforcement of faith to believers, but could be construed as coercive and oppressive to others. Official school functions cannot proselytize, it’s that simple.

I couldn’t be prouder of the cheerleaders at LFO. This “controversy” only serves to shine a brighter light on the Glory of God.
